Work Teambuilding Leave a comment
This evening I and my sales will get together to learn and play bowling. I come with the ideas to build team spirit and create a culture of experience new thing.
You know only 2 out of 6 of us who know how to play bowling. So we will separate into 2 teams. First set team leader will teach the member how to bowling. Second set we’re challenge each other.

After a few day work at the new office, I feel it’s more fresh and open minded work place where I can see my goal clearer. I start to realise that I should focus on what I’m doing rather than doing what I like to do.
It should be the right path for me to moving forward and pursue my happiness.
Good luck, Victor

These are some meaning of it
What you do is more significant than what you say
something that you say which means that what you do is more important than what you say
what someone does is more important than what someone says
Today, I realize that I should keep this “Actions speak louder than words” for my whole year 2010. So far, I THINK, I SPEAK, BUT one thing i didn’t do is DO IT. So I decide to practice the DO IT in year 2010. code name: ASLTW
Survey -> survey design
December 3, 2009
Well, today I have pop up ideas about market of my biz ideas. So I start with one question “Is there a potential market?” simple answer to this question is do research and then become market research and finally become market survey which more simpler and easy to conduct.
Like others said Google is your friend, I start with Google search with the keyword of “How to conduct a research?” and I found many interesting links but one of them inspired me most. The article called “Survey design” here’re the steps:
The Steps in a Survey Project
1. Establish the goals of the project – What you want to learn
2. Determine your sample – Whom you will interview
3. Choose interviewing methodology – How you will interview
4. Create your questionnaire – What you will ask
5. Pre-test the questionnaire, if practical – Test the questions
6. Conduct interviews and enter data – Ask the questions
7. Analyze the data – Produce the reports
….invest online is worthwhile…

investment tip Leave a comment
In my opinion, taking the time to figure out to invest online is worthwhile because
- Investing online saves you money. Online trading is much less expensive than dealing with a broker. You’ll save tons on commissions and fees. (Say, why not invest that money you saved?)
- Investing online gives you more control. Instead of entrusting someone else to reach your financial goals, you’ll be personally involved. It’s up to you to find out about all the investments at your disposal, but you’ll also be free to make decisions.
- Investing online eliminates conflicts of interest. By figuring out how to invest and doing it yourself, you won’t have to worry about being given advice that might be in your advisors’ best interest and not yours.

Investing Vs playing the lottery

Investing in what’s hot without doing the research iis like buying a lottery ticket. The chance of your investment being success have the same odds about million to one. investing isn’t like buying a lottery ticket. To invest wiselly you need to understand an investment’s liquidity-how fast you can get your money, safety-will you get all your money back?, and rate of return- how much will your money earn?.

Today, I’m on sick leave and I read a book call Investing Online. There’s a tip which impress me a lot; here it is– Tip: Don’t invest until you determine your personal financial goals and figure out how much risk you can take. You should also give some consideration to spreading your investments around to diversify your risk. After you complete these tasks, online investing allows you to take control of your finances and start building wealth.

After having some small tallk during break with my colleagues, I have learned about Gandhi’s Seven Deadly Sins from Reasmey. here my search results:
Mohandas Karamachand Gandhi, one of the most influential figures in modern social and political activism, considered these traits to be the most spiritually perilous to humanity.
* Wealth without Work
* Pleasure without Conscience
* Science without Humanity
* Knowledge without Character
* Politics without Principle
* Commerce without Morality
* Worship without Sacrifice
I would request all of you to give one real life example which reflect one of the 7 sins
